Contracting entity and documentation
UHIQ LLC is the stated legal entity, subject to verification of the registered contracting entity for the relevant agreement. The contracting entity and authorized legal contact remain pending verification before publication. Customer-specific documents must be obtained through authorized UHIQ business channels.
