Purpose and intended use
UHIQ develops AI-assisted features for clinical documentation, coding review, claim validation, denial analysis and operational workflows. Features must be evaluated according to their actual intended purpose and deployment context.
Human review and reliability
AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, biased or outdated. Authorized professionals must verify material recommendations against records, current code sets, payer requirements and relevant professional standards. UHIQ does not promise automatic payer acceptance, reimbursement outcomes or autonomous clinical validity.
Patient safety and regulation
Clinical-use features require risk evaluation, human oversight and assessment of any FDA or other regulatory requirements triggered by intended use. The site does not claim medical device clearance or authorization for unverified capabilities.
PHI, model providers and training
Handling PHI through external AI providers requires an appropriate legal basis, permitted purposes, technical safeguards and BAAs where applicable. Model vendor retention, training, logging, geographic processing and subprocessor practices must be verified before public assurances are made.
Fairness, transparency and monitoring
Relevant AI features should be evaluated for error patterns, unfair outcomes and operational risks. Material AI-generated suggestions should be distinguishable from verified records. User reports of unexpected or harmful behavior should be routed to product governance and support.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for deploying and using AI-enabled functions in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, professional standards and workforce policies.
